I would hesitate from buying a car from here. My sister purchased a car from here, paid for it 100% up front and still hasn't received the title. It's been over 120 days and they keep giving her the run around. We've had to consult an attorney who seems to think they are selling cars they don't actually have the titles to. We are going to need to bring a lawsuit against them at this point to either get the title or her money back. Very frustrating experience!

They are crooks. They sold us a car that they said they would replace a suspension. They ended up only epoxy the suspension. Less than two months after we purchased the car we brought it to a dealership it has over $22,000 worth of work. The car was deemed zero value for trade in. We had just purchased it for $30,000. When we called them to complain of all the work that needed to be done, especially the suspension system that they “said” they had replaced. They told us, “well we drove it off the lot and go ahead and sue them if we wanted to”. we just might go ahead and do that! Do not buy a car from this company. It will most likely be a major lemon! What we didn't share with you, AutoTrek, was the additional $4,000 the car needed in new brake pads and roters. We handled this one on our own. It was the additional $18,000 invoice we got on the 2nd time the car had to go to the shop in the less than 2 months we owned it that sent us over the edge!

Wow. This dealership is absolutely amazing. I had the pleasure of working with kevin and the finance team. Thank you to everyone who was involved in the purchase of my vehicle. You guys are life savers. Your patience, your dedication and your work ethic for your customers is absolutely incredible. Highly recommend. The process was smooth and convenient which you don't get from From alot dealerships. Thank you to the management team, the finance team and everyone in between.

Our family has purchased at least 8 or 9 vehicles from AutoTrek since 2017 and each transaction has been enjoyable regardless of which salesperson we have (and we have had at least 4). I want to give a huge shout out to the person I deal with the most and he simply goes above and beyond every single time regardless of my question or request. Steve Brozovich does so much more than his main job of helping customers with their financing. Over this past year he has helped me navigate several issues that I truly appreciate him for, including helping me with a warranty issue earlier this week as well as helping with getting our gap claim finalized. Steve is one of a kind and I know I value him and will keep coming back to AutoTrek with any future business based on not only the interactions with the sales team members but specifically Steve since he has been an integral part of every single transaction we have had there.
